At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all bikes and accessories in their original, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to e-bike returns to cover shipping and inspection costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Inspection & Approval

  Our team will review your request; once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed packaging instructions to protect the bike during transit.

• 3.
  Pack & Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original Aventon packaging, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
